Adam and his team at Nuevo set up the mains water connection to our new building plot. He was excellent in all aspects of the job and being a Watersafe engineer was able to self certify his work for Anglian Water. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Adam. Estates Services have worked with Nuevo on a number of small projects at the University. We received an excellent service for all works they have provided services to, and were consistently updating us throughout the works, which led to some great feedback from the customers we were serving internally. Health and safety is of extreme importance when we undertake any type of work within the University buildings, and Nuevo worked to very safe standards akin to our own internal Estates Services processes at all times.

Nuevo have provided a top quality, timely service in support of our
new house construction in South Somercotes and in offering advice and help in the management of the water treatment and heating system installed in the house.

Panther are a 2 Person Home Delivery business, with 9 operating locations throughout the UK, and an operating turnover of in excess of £100m per annum. Nuevo and Panther have worked together, with Nuevo supplying contracted Facilities Management service for 2-3 years now.

Those services range from the smallest job to large projects running into tens of thousands of pounds. We are supported by Nuevo's client support helpdesk, and have a dedicated client manager.

The FM support covers all of our locations, from Taunton to Warrington to Gateshead and everything in between, on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis.

Working with Nuevo gives me as a Director, peace of mind that all contractors working on our sites have been, checked for compliance, H&S, insurance and qualifications of their trade. We have access to Nuevo's on-line system, where all our H&S compliance documentation is kept, at renewal time of any certificates, Nuevo arrange a contractor to carryout the necessary work to ensure we are compliant at all times.

With all of the above aside, we are working with a team of not only professionals, but decent honest straight people that see themselves as an extension of our business, and work as pro-actively as I'd expect from any other team member.
